We want you to be confident in your purchase of Meridian AI Academy. If the course is not right for you, we offer a refund under the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if both of the following conditions are met:

  • 7-day window: Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.
  • Less than 20% complete: You have completed less than 20% of the total course content (fewer than 10 of the 50+ lessons).

Both conditions must be satisfied. Requests that meet only one condition are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@meridianaiacademy.com with the following information:

  • Your full name as used at the time of purchase
  • Your order confirmation number (found in your purchase receipt email)
  • A brief reason for your refund request

Refund requests submitted without all required information may experience processing delays.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

No Refunds After 7 Days

We do not offer refunds after the 7-day window has passed, regardless of circumstances. No exceptions will be made.

We do not offer refunds if you have completed 20% or more of the course content, regardless of when the request is submitted.

By purchasing access to Meridian AI Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy. This policy forms part of the terms of your purchase.
