Meridian AI Academy grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the course content for your own personal, non-commercial education. You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course content or your account credentials.

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

3. Account Registration

To access course content, you must create an account and complete a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Payment and Access

Access to the full course content requires a one-time payment of $97 USD. Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to all current course content. We reserve the right to update course content over time. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

5. Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of Meridian AI Academy and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the content for personal learning — not ownership of the content itself.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice in any field.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian AI Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your access.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
